Breastfeeding

Brayden's officially 2 months! Woohoo. It's sad to think that it's taken 2 months to finally be rid of the pains of breastfeeding. There were days when I seriously didn't know how long I could last. It hurt worse than labor!! Well, a different kind of pain I guess, but it was a lot harder for me to handle. Luckily, we got to the bottom of it. I have a yeast infection which causes it to be very painful. Brayden has Thrush, which got passed to me and will continue to get passed back and forth until we can finally get rid of it. We're treating it right now and I feel SO much better! I'm just so happy that I don't feel like giving up om breastfeeding anymore so I had to share.

Way to make it through the pain. I remember squeezing Craig's hand SO hard when he was nearby. I feel like I just barely made it through that pain part and then had to stop breastfeeding. I hope it's all easy from here for ya! :) Well, maybe not once those teeth come in. Good luck!

Oh no fun. I had yeast too-- that's seriously the WORST!! Push through it! It is worth it in the end. Breastfeeding is the best. I love it now.

Good Job and Congrats for sticking with it!! The first 2 months were definatly the hardest on me. It only gets easier from here on out! I never had to deal with yeast infections though. I think making it through those first two months is a HUGE accomplishment. Now that Isaac is 9 months old, breastfeeding is easy as pie :)

Hang in there sis, if you can make it thru the first 3 months it is all down hill from there. My one regret is that I quit at 3 months. You can do it!
