3 Hour naps are not just for babies :D

I was feeling that today was a nap day when Brayden went to sleep. I don't get those feelings very often any more and I just expected the common 20-30 minute MAYBE an hour nap, but I just woke up 2 1/2 hours later! I was thoroughly confused about why it was so bright this morning and was trying to figure out what day it was, sure I had overslept and would be late for something. It was a weird feeling and yet wonderful feeling at the same time when I realized that it wasn't morning at all, I had just taken an awesome nap. And Brayden's still asleep! I love that boy!

Way to go! Rest has to be good for you and for the baby!

I don't know much about 3 hour naps, but sounds like something to get more familiar with :-)

How heavenly! Except for the waking up a little confused part. That is a weird feeling, thinking it is a different time than it is and trying to figure things out!

You are so blessed to be able to take a nap and have a wonderful boy that will sleep. I hope the pattern continues in all your little ones. That is a luxury I didn't get. But somehow you survive.

I do have to laugh at Graham's comment at the bottom, because I have known him to take longer naps than 3 hours in the last 7 years. I guess that is the thing, he's not familiar with such a short nap as a 3 hour one ;) Maybe he just does that in SLC... Hee Hee Wish I'd be smarter and do that ;P
